This Privacy Policy explains how AnimalDex, published by Over Tech Apps, handles user information.

Data Collection

This app may use third-party services to provide certain features, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, or backend infrastructure.

• Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In, for account access
• Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Crashlytics — for accounts, data sync, photo storage, and crash reporting
• Google AdMob, for optional rewarded ads
• RevenueCat, for in-app purchase validation and subscription management

Purchases and Subscriptions

This app offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; AnimalDex and Over Tech Apps never receive or store your payment card details.

To validate purchases and keep your subscription status in sync across your devices, this app uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an app-specific user identifier and your transaction history — never your payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.

Data Retention

Account-linked data is kept for as long as your account exists, and is deleted when you delete your account. Limited information may be retained only for as long as required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app or submit a request without the app using our account deletion page .

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your data on the legal bases of performing our contract with you (providing the app’s features), your consent (for example, for advertising), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the in-app options where available or contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children unless explicitly stated in the app’s specific features and App Store listing.
